Refunds for DoneWhile are handled automatically by an AI-based evaluation system. There is no manual or human review process.

1. Automated Evaluation

Refund eligibility is determined by automated analysis of account activity, feature access, configuration actions, and system usage.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

• • Access to the platform has occurred
• • Features have been enabled or configured
• • Scripts, assets, or settings have been added
• • Any form of system usage is detected

3. Approval & Revocation

Approved refunds result in immediate and permanent revocation of access. Refund decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

4. Chargebacks

Chargebacks may result in permanent termination of access and future eligibility.
