DoneWhile is a self-hosted AI Digital Twin platform. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. User Responsibility

• • You are solely responsible for all content, scripts, configurations, outputs, and deployments.
• • You are responsible for ensuring you have full legal rights to any likeness, appearance, or identity used.
• • You are responsible for compliance with all local, national, and international laws.
• • You accept full liability for any harm, misuse, or consequences resulting from your use of the platform.

2. Third-Party AI Services

DoneWhile connects to third-party AI services configured by the user. DoneWhile does not control, operate, or guarantee these services and is not responsible for their behavior, availability, outputs, or data handling.

3. Prohibited Use (Strict)

The following uses are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination:

• • Impersonation of any person without explicit legal authorization
• • Fraud, scams, deception, or misrepresentation
• • Harassment, stalking, intimidation, or abuse
• • Hate speech, discrimination, or threats of violence
• • Sexual content, sexually explicit material, or pornographic use
• • Use involving minors in any capacity
• • Obscene, defamatory, or offensive language
• • Promotion of illegal activity or controlled substances
• • Circumventing safeguards or system limitations
• • Any activity that violates third-party service terms

4. Enforcement & Termination

Any misuse, suspected misuse, or violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access without notice. DoneWhile reserves the right to take action at its sole discretion.

5. No Warranty

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. DoneWhile makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoneWhile shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the platform.

7. Acceptance

By using DoneWhile, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full.
